As a leader in the community, there are many ways you can get involved in Kids & Horses: Sponsorshipof our annual Western Barbecue Fundraiser at the Crystal Bay Club. A sponsorship would be supporting the ongoing therapeutic program that has transformed the lives of children and young people. More detailed sponsorship information is below:

Kids & Horses’ annual Western Barbecue is Saturday, September 10, at the Crystal Bay Club. This gala event helps Kids & Horses fund scholarships for students in need and assists with expanding programs to serve the dozens of children on our waiting list. This evening will include: Dinner, silent/live auction event and surprise entertainment. Exciting auction items are always a feature of the annual Kids & Horses fundraiser. We would like to request your assistance in providing this opportunity to serve handicapped children in our community. Kids & Horses would love to work with you on a customized sponsorship package to meet your needs and provide maximum positive exposure to our high level audience. A general overview of our sponsorship levels are below for the Kids & Horses event, Saturday, September 10, 2011 annual Western Barbecue at the Crystal Bay Club. Your sponsorship would be supporting the ongoing therapeutic program that has transformed the lives of children and young people as well as providing much needed scholarship funds so that all children can receive the therapeutic benefits offered at Kids & Horses.

$5,000- Quarter Horse Circle sponsorship benefits:

 A full-page advertisement in the September 10, 2011 annual fundraising event program which will be distributed at the event and throughout the Lake Tahoe, Truckee and Carson Valley region as a full-run newspaper insert through our print media sponsorship with the North Lake Tahoe Bonanza.  Logo placement on event invitation that is mailed to over 1,000 Kids & Horses supporters.  Logo placement on event poster that is disturbed to local businesses in the Lake Tahoe and Carson Valley area.  Inclusion of your sponsorship in all marketing and PR submitted to all local and regional press outlets (radio, print, online, television, etc.) about the September 11, 2010 annual fundraising event.  Exposure of your name on the Kids and Horses Facebook page (including links to promotion updates and sponsorship coverage) which has a growing base of more than 550 engaged fans.  Coverage of the your sponsorship and logo in our eblasts to our loyal constituent mailing list which has more than 500 email addresses of Kids & Horses friends and donors.  A prominently placed location for your marketing banner at our September 10, 2011 annual fundraising event at the Crystal Bay Club which more than 700 people from the Tahoe, Reno and Carson region attend.  Three VIP tables of eight at the fundraiser, including: o Dinner served at tableside. o Complimentary beer and wine throughout the evening. o 24 VIP seats in the Crystal Bay showroom for live auction and surprise entertainment.

$2,500-Coyboy Crew sponsorship benefits:

 A half-page advertisement in the September 10, 2011 annual fundraising event program which will be distributed at the event and throughout the Lake Tahoe, Truckee and Carson Valley region as a full-run newspaper insert through our print media sponsorship with the North Lake Tahoe Bonanza.  Inclusion of the your sponsorship in marketing and PR submitted to all local and regional press outlets (print and online) about the September 10, 2011 annual fundraising event.  Exposure of your name on the Kids and Horses Facebook page (including links to promotion updates and sponsorship coverage) which has a growing base of more than 550 engaged fans.  Coverage of the your sponsorship in our eblasts to our loyal constituent mailing list which has more than 500 email addresses of Kids & Horses friends and donors.  Two VIP tables of eight at the fundraiser, including: o Dinner served at tableside. o Complimentary beer and wine throughout the evening. o 16 VIP seats in the Crystal Bay showroom for live auction and surprise entertainment.

$1,000- Saddle Circle sponsorship benefits:

 A quarter-page advertisement in the September 10, 2011 annual fundraising event program which will be distributed at the event and throughout the Lake Tahoe, Truckee and Carson Valley region as a full-run newspaper insert through our print media sponsorship with the North Lake Tahoe Bonanza.  Exposure of your name on the Kids and Horses Facebook page (including links to promotion updates and sponsorship coverage) which has a growing base of more than 550 engaged fans.  Coverage of your sponsorship and name in our eblasts to our loyal constituent mailing list which has more than 500 email addresses of Kids & Horses friends and donors.  One VIP table of eight at the fundraiser, including: o Dinner served at tableside. o Complimentary beer and wine throughout the evening. o 8 VIP seats in the Crystal Bay showroom for live auction and surprise entertainment.

$500 – Mounted Posse sponsorship benefits:

 An eighth-page advertisement in the September 10, 2011 annual fundraising event program which will be distributed at the event and throughout the Lake Tahoe, Truckee and Carson Valley region as a full-run newspaper insert through our print media sponsorship with the North Lake Tahoe Bonanza.  Exposure of your name on the Kids and Horses Facebook page (including links to promotion updates and sponsorship coverage) which has a growing base of more than 550 engaged fans.  Coverage of your sponsorship in our eblasts to our loyal constituent mailing list which has more than 500 email addresses of Kids & Horses friends and donors.  Four VIP tickets to the fundraiser, including: o Dinner served at tableside. o Complimentary beer and wine throughout the evening. o 4 VIP seats in the Crystal Bay showroom for live auction and surprise entertainment.

Kids & Horses would love to work with you on a customized sponsorship package to meet your needs and provide maximum positive exposure to our audience for the Kids & Horses event. Sponsorships range from $500 to $5,000 and can be for in-kind contributions. Sponsor a needy child in our program for a year ($900) or a semester ($225). Scholarships not only aid the individual child that is sponsored but they also help to expand our programs to the dozens of children waiting to be admitted to the Kids & Horses program.
